Our company employs the latest techniques in grout cleaning. We begin each tile & grout cleaning appointment with an inspection. Our trained technicians look for any damaged areas. Next, we take precaution to protect connected surfaces or areas we must cross over to service, such as wood, carpet and other delicate surfaces, and cover them with tarps. We then pre spray the tiled area with detergent. After a short dwell time, of approximately five minutes, we begin scrubbing the tile surface, each grout line as well as the perimeter, making sure the embedded soil is broken down and emulsified. A pressurized steam spray, within a vacuum recovery, captures the detergents, dirt and debris, which is collected directly into our trucks vacuum tank system. This is the most thorough grout cleaning system available for all hard surfaces.

Tile and Grout Sealing

Orlando Stone Works only recommends a topical tile sealer if a surface is hard to clean, lacks shine or gloss, and appears worn. Diamond polishing can provide a longer life of the surface, without requiring as frequent stripping and sealing services. After the tile and grout have been effectively cleaned and dried, we will apply an impregnating sealer. The grout’s pores will quickly absorb the sealant, creating a barrier against stains and moisture. Sealers are usually clear in color and non glossy. We offer our clients a five (5) year warranty on all clear impregnator grout sealers with annual maintenance cleaning. This will ensure you keep your tile and grout looking like new for years to come.
